Data we process

We process only data necessary to operate secure ODR programmes, authenticate users, and maintain auditable proceeding records.

Identity & contact

Name, email, phone, organisation, role, and authentication metadata for workspace access.

Case & proceeding data

Filings, pleadings, evidence, hearing schedules, neutral appointments, and outcome artefacts.

Hearing telemetry

Session logs, attendance, document-sharing events, and recordings where parties provide informed consent.

Technical data

IP address, browser type, device signals, and audit trails for security and fraud prevention.

Usage analytics

Aggregated performance metrics to improve reliability — not used for adjudicative decision-making.

Authenticate users and enforce role-based access to cases, neutrals, and institutional dashboards.
Facilitate filings, hearings, evidence exchange, interim orders, and outcome publication per programme rules.
Detect fraud, secure infrastructure, and produce audit logs for regulatory or supervisory review.
Send procedural notices, hearing reminders, and service-of-process communications you have opted into.
Sharing

Confidentiality & disclosure

Case materials are shared only with authorised participants, appointed neutrals, and infrastructure providers bound by confidentiality agreements.

We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

Cloud subprocessors process data in India or approved regions with encryption in transit and at rest.

We may disclose information when required by court order, RBI directions, or other lawful authority.

Your rights

Data subject choices

Access & correction. Request copies of personal data we hold and ask us to rectify inaccuracies.
Erasure. Where law permits, request deletion of non-essential data outside active proceedings or retention mandates.
Portability. Receive structured exports of account and case metadata subject to confidentiality constraints.
Objection. Object to certain processing activities such as non-essential marketing communications.
